One of the best things about Gannett is their library of content for expanding your knowledge and their encouragement of personal development. Things may change later. Hopefully, towards even better.

How are the career development opportunities at Gannett Fleming?
Pros
The company cares about employees and it is always trying to improve the way we do things. I have monthly meeting with other offices for coordination and integration for the whole company, and i feel really confortable reaching out to other offices for support, or resources and they also call us for the same reasons. There is a lot of opportunities to grow and managers are very supportive. Through the pandemic they provide us with a proper set up at home( 2 monitors, keyboards, docking station, mouse) and now that offices are partially open, they are allowing few people to go to the office, but only for people that cant be at home any more and really need a office space. In overall for me has been a great experience, happy to be there and really like my coworkers
Cons
We are very busy, and some times I dont feel I have the time to take breaks, but I am trying to work on balancing life a bit more.
Advice to Management
Something that we dont have, that I had in other companies is banking overtime with a max of 4 hours every two weeks. And then those hours could be used for an appointment or others.
There is a lot of opportunities to grow and managers are very supportive.
