confusion in the administration policies. favouritism by the management towards their kin and kith. College leadership is confusing, diffrent standards for diferent people. lack of money management and college doesnt give perks and other monetory benits to the employees well.

Advice to Management

Management should take the needs of the faculty into consideration. Management should have transparent policies with regard to promotion and monotary benifits. Faculty should be given medical insurance.
