Pros

- Good tech stack if you are into a development team. Gradually moving their focus towards cloud. - Great client! - Both offshore & onshore people are really nice & helpful. - You get exposed to client directly. This gives you an edge on how to deal with highly qualified people & set the right expectations. This is a big big plus for your career if you are a fresher. - Focused in fintech, you "might" get a chance to build core fintech products, which are built at a good scale, if not very large scale. - You get to work on multiple projects at the same time, which might seem hectic sometimes, but really worth it because of the time management skill you learn through that. - Decent appraisals. If you are good, will for sure get > 20% hike. - You get mid year bonuses as well based on your performance.

Cons

- Late night meetings, which is fine if it doesn't cross 8:30 PM IST. - Work, Life & Balance is messed up if you are into Operations team (Service Ops, Production Ops). People work in shift rotations, which can really be painful for many. I definitely do not see too much tech learning happening in this domain. It's more focused on functional learning in my opinion. Even the kind of tools used here won't give you an edge in overall technology market. Definitely needs improvement here. - Compensation - surely needs to be improved. I feel the work to compensation ratio is definitely not on par with industry level. This is one of the reasons why freshers leave after spending two years of bond period. - 3 month notice period, speaks a lot in itself. No negotiations or buyout. - For freshers, their work is not pre-decided. So, it entirely depends on which team you are allotted to! Feel lucky, if you get into development team. Suggestion to freshers would be to give their best during training period, that might land you into development.

Advice to Management

- Managers & HRs, please be bit respectful to your members when they are on notice period. Not replying to emails, texts shows true unprofessional-ism. Building relationships for lifetime is a skill & few "good managers" still need some work there. Don't treat them like you want to make sure that they never come back :) - Please get rid of Whatsapp culture. Would be better if teams can communicate on Google chats instead. - Overall, organisation is in good hands, keep up the good work. I can surely see a potential of growing.
