What is health insurance like at Gemini Solutions?

They give decent annual hike but only on paper.
Cons
Too much work pressure. Some tech leads have zero skills, and do extreme office politics, and take up all the credit of juniors. Favoritism at the time of quarterly, annual awards. Very poor benefits. There are no benefits at all, every single thing is deducted from salary. Example health insurance premium, lunch, annual trip etc.
