This company gives chance to grow to every individual and they also have flexible working hours.

They should give chance to grow to everybody even though employee is not having digital knowledge and employee satisfaction is not there in terms of bonus and appraisals.

Does Genpact India offer a yearly bonus?

Pros

Give freshers and early birds chance to work in corporate. Company is more like a Govt office, where salaries are less since the work pressure is less. Has a good work-life balance exposure

Cons

Internal politics to some extent. Growth opportunities are available, but exposure to them is weak. salaries are very low, and the yearly bonus is barely 7-8% at max.
