Does Genpact offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Bonuses for performances. Not much. It's up $150 per month if you do a perfect job. Plus temporarily remote. Good insurance and benefits package.

Cons

Low pay, Micro-managed, Constant critiquing you for every little mistake, Threats that you will lose your job for compliance fails, poor training. No work/life balance.

Does Genpact have a sabbatical or career break policy?

Pros

flexible working hours learning is good sabbatical leaves comp off

Cons

promotions is really slow after business analyst salary is much lower compared to the market

Advice to Management

open to discussion give more priority to current employees compared to the new hires raise salary as per the market standard

Does Genpact offer parental leave?

Pros

12 week maternity leave was nice.

Cons

Just about everything. They tend to make up policies and procedures as they go. The turn over rate is extremely high and associates are underpaid and undervalued.

Advice to Management

Listen to your associates
