The environment and culture are good and it’s a Monday they Friday position. They have good health benefits and you do learn a lot .

There raises are low and to move up in company or get a higher position it’s all about who you know to advance in company.

Does Gilsbar offer a wellness program?
Pros
Low premium benefits, great wellness program
Cons
Promotions slim unless you know someone. Promote people outside of the department to supervise teams that they do not know anything about that type of business. Training is not good and it is learn as you go because everyone is trying to keep up with the workload. Too much work for one person to handle but they do not care. They will continue to inquire why are things behind when the person is struggling to stay afloat.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and continue to lose good quality personnel.
