Does there seem to be diversity at GoBolt?

Pros

Might be ok it for certain people, good benefits

Cons

First off, reading the description they made it seem really great. Working here, I know know most of the delivery workers are not happy with the current situation including myself. When I was hired everything was good with hourly pay. They recently changed it to per stop. They didn’t really take our opinion into consideration. Didn’t even know it’s legal to do this. They didn’t anticipate all barriers they would face. Us employees are paying the price. Most of the older employees have left and the ones remaining are searching for other work opportunities. They also made the pay even less in sauga because the north York employees were complaining they weren’t getting as fairly as the sauga employees. Didn’t consult employees, we came in one day and found out we are getting even less than before. Many employees walked out that day. But it’s ok because bolt always has agency workers to compensate. Who don’t know the job so they just tagging along but they get paid hourly and won’t be in a rush to finish the work making the bolt employees day longer and make less money calculated hourly. Just hope to find another job by winter because thats just sad. Also there’s no more overtime. That’s a big lie!!! Please take that off the description. Hope your pocket is full enough CEO Mark Ang.

Advice to Management

Take employees suggestions into consideration more. The past workers who took advantage of the old system are gone. You are now punishing loyal employees willing to give this nonsense a shot. At least if your not going to change the old pay system then tell the new employees the truth so they can choose if they want this or not.

Most of the older employees have left and the ones remaining are searching for other work opportunities.
