- A lot of new people on the team, meaning not a lot of institutional knowledge available. Sometimes it takes time to find answers or information on historical processes etc. - Dealing with ambiguity: we are new and people need to think out side of the box at times to get things done. This is not a con, but a watch out for anyone who is looking to sit back and have a cushy job. -

- Keep going and pushing for growth. - Get an intranet for knowledge sharing. it will help with cross functional empathy and understanding. - More training across the company.
