What are co-workers like at Google?
Pros
Too many great benefits: throughly competitive compensation, free cafe, free foods & drinks, comfortable office, flexible work culture, good pension plan, a plenty of computational resources with internal products, numerous experts in various fields internally, and great colleagues.
Cons
Too big to be managed efficiently: in this decade, the company has come to be a little bit bureaucratic.
