Does Grofers offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

You can grow over here and learning curve is great over here.

Cons

No work life balance. Salary Paycuts, No strucutred leave policy. Employee benefits are the least prority. Year end rating system is flawed. Whole year my manager was not with my team still they were able to provide me rating. Product Managers are biased.

Advice to Management

Recommended not to join, as they believe that salary cuts and firings are option to convert there ledger books to green.

Does Grofers have any sort of mentoring programme?

- Nice work - Best place to gain excel proficiency

Cons

- HR not worker-friendly - Bad mentorship program - Unreasonable work hours

Advice to Management

The HR should be more sensitive and cordial to the needs of the workers and an internship program should be designed.
