- Covid friendly WFH without pressure of working from office - Covid vaccination reimbursement - Excellent company to spend your entire 20-30 year career safely with negligible hikes etc and zero learnings, if you want to just get a steady salary and learn nothing new, and never step out of your comfort zone.

Cons

- The more incompetent you are, the more welcome you are. Excellence or persuading your juniors for excellence is a CRIME. Any attempt to escalate concerns about poor technical skills of your reportees will be met with this response - This is HCL and this the way things are here, deal with it or else you are at wrong place. I actually heard this response dozens of times, and luckily managed to grab another offer and left this company. - Management's one statement sums it all - If people want to resign, let them leave - no need of any discussions - just ensure they complete 90 days notice period. - 90 days notice period, which is non-negotiable under any circumstances. No, they will not entertain buy-out against salary even though it is written in your offer letter. - Any leaves (even if you fall sick or are hospitalized) during notice period will increase your notice period by those many days. This simply means if you have resigned and have another job offer, then better keep a sensible buffer between your last day at HCL and your joining date at next company. - Zero reimbursement for any valid business related expenses during notice period, even if you are on a client site or whatever else. - Zero respect for people. Their so-called slogan "Employee First" is just a show-off and nothing else. - Massive politics and lobby-ism among senior leaders who got acquired from other companies. - Zero respect for anyone's time - for example - meetings from 11 AM to 3 PM - forget lunch and other basics. Similarly, expect an invite for early morning 8AM meeting at sharp 7:59:20 - yes, a few seconds before ! So, better keep watching your emails 24x7. - If you cannot keep a tab on your own, then be prepared to work 24 x 7 x 365 - Forget about final settlement and getting the relieving letter etc unless and until you escalate directly to Chief HR and CEO by email. Writing to so-called clearance email id will NEVER EVER get you any response. - The type of people being hired recently - the less said the better. If you do not want to waste yourself, and want to learn new things, and excel in your career, please RESIGN immediately from this company.

Nobody bothers at all.

Good ambience to work. Work culture is excellent, Femal employees have good opportunities to work from home during pregnancy and maternity.

Onsite opportunities are less. Only few get onsite oppurtunities
