When some holidays occur, we receive a long weekend but have to make the day up by working 9-7 the following week, which can be pretty draining and exhausting on the body for all. Health insurance is great but for a family plan, the premiums and deductibles are pretty High, no fault of the company

Try not to make so many changes to bonus structure and budgets for all. Keep numbers realistic and not so out of reach. Love the company and the people. I have made lifelong friendships of which are employees and clients.
