A lot of benefit:food voucher, medical insurance, additional fully paid parenthal leave period, food vouchersa, easy going management, free half a day per month

Not many opportunity careers for foreigners
Advice to Management
Be more inclusive with foreigners on a career path level.

Does Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE offer dental insurance?
Pros
Good benefits: the core benefits are at parity with the industry, i.e. 401K(company match up to 4%) , healthcare, dental, vision, life ins., etc. Some extra perks include a monthly wellness Friday, which was recently expanded to 2 Fridays a month during the summer months Jun/Jul/Aug. Tuition reimbursement: need to know the details here however, there are some nuances but it is achievable and available.
Cons
Some of the business units lack good direction. So if you are part of a business unit that is doing well and has a great roadmap then there are many opportunities for growth and longevity. If you are unfortunate to be part of a business unit that is shrinking or is changing direction drastically then layoffs are common and swift. Was recently laid off and the severance was not equitable vs. years of service.

Pros
Good culture, family focus with gracious and extensive maternity and paternity leave program for young parents. Good tech.
Cons
Weak support, Over marketed solutions that oversimplify what it takes to provide real solutions. Trying to be a cloud provider by selling hardware as consumption.
Advice to Management
Listen to your people, and partners. Invest in cloud training for employees. Design real cloud solutions not financial models that try to look like a cloud solution.

Advice to Management
please look after the employees at the coal face (customer-facing in support) they do a great job but benefits and pay rises are limited or none.
