The company hires a lot of contract workers and high performance guarantees more work, but does not guarantee being hired fulltime

There is no holidays. they roll it up into your PTO

Pros

Hilton has a great team that works well together and comes together under pressure. Utilizes updated CRM and there is proper on the job training.

Cons

Hilton could use better benefits and a pension plan for their team. Better shift scheduling and hire more employees that can fill the gap if someone is unable to work their shift. Could recognize their workers more within each department for their contribution to the team. Should have more team building opportunities.
