Does there seem to be diversity at Hilton?
Pros
Emphasis on diversity and inclusion, decent perks in terms of health insurance and PTO, good employee discount rates, most holidays off, good reputation as a company.
Cons
They're getting better but don't offer big rewards for tenure like other companies. Right now budgets are tight due to the pandemic. Diversity tends to fade out at director level and above.
Advice to Management
Rethink the requirement to work in a shared office space for 8 hours a day. Remote work during the pandemic proves we can be productive with flexible schedules and locations.
