Staff benefits 50% discount Can’t think of anything else

Cons

Majority white people; Asians don’t go up the career ladder Received 80% paycut for lower level employees while top bosses only 20% paycut. Talk about inequality Trying to be a global organization but very very US-centric Random way of doing year end reviews as bosses sir overseas
