This organization is worst for engineering diploma holders because here diploma holders have to face a worst kind of discrimination by the senior managers and higher staffs of whom most of them are engineering graduates. here no matter how hard you work or how better you perform, as a diploma holder you will never be appreciated and a degree engineer who is under performer and is not interested in giving his damn attention to his work will be appreciated and sometimes even awarded by the management. at every step and every time you will be made felt by hindalco management that work of a diploma holder is of no value but if you are a degree engineer then Hindalco is the best organization for you . once you get job here then you are not supposed to work or learn anything here and surprisingly you will be get more than you could ever imagine and yes remember, there may be other companies who can offer more salaries and facilities to a degree engineer but there a degree engineer has to work hard and prove that they deserve it but in Hindalco a degree engineer does not need to work , he has to just chill and relax and rest will be taken care by Hindalco management.

Advice to Management

What does Hindalco pay for to his employees ? for their work or only for their education ? A less educated engineering diploma holders adding more values and giving more productivity than his degree engineer fellows are not given their due respect and value. Why ? A degree engineer knows that he will get better increment and early promotion than his diploma fellow so there is no point of working hard or performing better. What a irony ?
