I had an amazing learning experience while working as an intern at Hloov. The company gives prime importance to the growth of the employees and their work-life balance. The working environment is great such that you don't feel pressurized at all.

There isn't any reason to work with this corporation. They don't even pay a single dime to interns even after getting all their heavy analytics done by them. They just need couple of job desperate students and would go on any length to exploit them

Cons

Hloov has a very poor work life balance ethic. The person who leads this corporation Suhail is nothing more than egocentrical megalomaniac who doesn't lead this business but rather delegates. I highly recommend not working with them anytime in the future.

I don't have any advice for the management they seem to be lack empathy in all aspects.
