How are senior leaders perceived at Huge?

Pros

Amazing roster of designers to work with. At times also amazing brands to work with. When still there, office dependent, Huge values hard work and go getter attitude. Also a laid back culture, when still available, to be a part of.

Cons

The leadership on global and office level has lacked the intuition, empathy or leadership skills to maintain the growth of offices and shift in culture. The most recent turnovers have left most of those who have been at Huge longer feeling like it has lost all of its culture.

The leadership on global and office level has lacked the intuition, empathy or leadership skills to maintain the growth of offices and shift in culture.
