Advice to Management

Try to have some young, dynamic and talented people in Top Management. If you treat your employee good, they will treat your customers even better. Try to start working on trending technologies instead of outdated ones. Your employees are your main assets. Don't treat them like they are slaves. And most important, if someone has worked very well for you in the past and try to grab new opportunities, don't start complaining about him/her on his/her back.
