Pros
Free lunch every day /and one duty meal in catering or restaurants
Cons
Unprofessional management Staff are shouted at by the HR Head , Catering Managers, Restaurant Managers < MD , etc... People are sworn at Salaries are always LATE - some staff have not received their salaries for the past 6 months or so No overtime is paid People work 14-15 hours a day Ongoing Labour Cases Staff are threatened if they want to leave Some managers are incompetent There is sexual harassments with the staff and managers in the business Alot of the staff are illiterate or semi literate The accommodation sucks Staff have to pay for their flights when they arrive to qatar Staff have to pay for their own quarantine costs when enter qatar Staff have to pay for visa costs/transfer of visas No training
