Pros
The current senior management are extremely supportive. They take time to understand each individual's needs and motivations and genuinely care about every employee. Depending on preference, there are a number of pathways available in order to grow your career in recruitment. There are some exciting plans in motion for 2021 aimed at career growth and work/life balance.
Cons
As the business is relatively small compared to other 'international recruiters', they don't have the level of support in their back office functions you would expect if you are coming from a larger recruitment company. However, there has been progress in improving this in the last few months.
Advice to Management
Keep it going guys. Looking forward to everything you have planned for 2021!

Pros
Staff were nice, but many were terminated during covid.
Cons
At management level is a bunch of incompetent folks, guided by a just as incompetent CEO (more like a glorified sales manager) with the mentality of a car salesman: quick wins, now. There is no long term strategy for the business and it’s not a surprise they’ve been around for 30 years and never scaled. Career and growth opportunities are an empty promise. Lastly, how the company behaved towards its employees during covid is absolutely repulsive. Firstly, communicated everything and everyone would be ok. Then, got rid of their people (many of them on visa faced deportation) without thinking twice. No honesty, transparency or empathy whatsoever, because they had to do “what’s best for the business”.
Advice to Management
Take a course on how to run a business.
Career and growth opportunities are an empty promise.
