Pros

*met some very nice colleagues

Cons

*Lack of transparency *Lack of leadership/management *Micromanagement *Unrealistic expectations with very minimal support *Low salaries, very poor commission structure *EXTREMELY high turnover * If I hadn’t known Interpro was around for 30 years, I would assume it’s a start up in its first year . Management is extremely unorganised and running around haphazardly, with no clear vision, and it’s obvious in all their business dealings. Promotions are based on billing, which means you have managers who have no idea how to manage and lead teams. You’re told you’ll receive autonomy in the role, but you’re micromanaged like crazy.

Advice to Management

Read a business book? Take a *basic* business course? I recommend management considers admitting that for once in their 30 years of failed attempts at running a successful company, that it may be time to consider that you’ve been doing something wrong. Listen to your employees, I know you “claim” they’re your greatest asset, so I suggest hearing them out, they understand business quite well and would surely be able to help you.
