Does there seem to be diversity at Interpro People?
Pros
Some of the team are really cool, if you are part of the click. The the business allows dogs in the office. Really understanding when it comes to personal life, if you got a doctors appointment or have an issue more then happy for your to make up the time later. Not a lot of micromanagement from the leaders. Not super strict on KPIs unless they drop very low.
Cons
Very high turn over, not secure work at all. They will make threats to your employment all the time, this is seen as a motivation tool. They are a bit old fashioned when it comes to recruitment. Lack of celebration of diversity in the workplace. Data base is full of fake calls and information due to unhappy staff. P&C will lie to you, even if you know they truth and they know you know. Don't communicate well, nothing is done it writing/emails for referal. There is a lot of politics that goes one behind the scenes. Seems like the business is being set up to be sold. The handling of the COVID situation was just shocking and HR should have a strong look at themselves and their practices.
