How are the career development opportunities at Invenias?

Pros

We are an Invenias family The culture is amazing The client base is second to none Our exec team is also second to none We all communicate with each other exceptionally well Everyone is passionate about Invenias Our product is insanely good

Cons

Absolutely NONE!! This job will be hard to beat in any future career paths. Invenias has raised the bar nowhere else will ever be good enough!!

What are co-workers like at Invenias?

Pros

The most approachable team of execs. Flexible working. Room for growth. Lovely team.

Cons

Bit of a divide between engineering and the sales/marketing organisation in terms of communication but this is not a huge issue to be honest.
