Does JHC have a pension plan?
Pros
Friendly office and staff always willing to pitch in Great work environment with support from the senior team Regular company updates and full transparency on company success. Strong client base Great benefits including healthcare, pension, entertainment allowance and xmas and birthday gift vouchers.
Cons
Priorities can change quickly and without notice.

How are the career development opportunities at JHC?
Pros
Friendly working environment, small company so it feels like you almost everyone. Some really clever people to work with and learn from. Great perks such as healthcare and company weekends.
Cons
Old technology and poor technical decisions in the past make it difficult and frustrating to deliver at pace. Some senior individuals need to go back and understand the values they helped create as it is obvious they don’t live them. Very client led in terms of work so this it can be a bit feast or famine in terms to work. Very limited career opportunities.
Advice to Management
Try and look for ways to develop staff internally rather than recruiting in. Push the tech vision at this will solve issues with delivering at pace. Keep the small company culture as long as possible as it’s what makes JHC a special place to work.
