What is the company culture like at JSW Ispat Steel?
Pros
No pros. There are transportation facilities for employees. Other than this nothing is good.
Cons
Extremely under pressure to perform daily work..No work life balance. Work culture is pathetic .. even you are called in Holidays . No respect given to you by anyone.. feet licking is necessary for growth. It takes one and half hour to reach office.so entire shift takes 11 hrs. And u have to work on shift basis..
Advice to Management
HR and upper management do not pay heed to lower management employees. Look into it as it hinders the company's growth in long term.
Work culture is pathetic .. even you are called in Holidays .
