Friendly environment Youthful workers Great discount and free items every season (however number fell over the year and issues with some staff having to pay for their 'free' items due to management mistakes)

Bad pay especially for the amount they make you do Lack of responsibility from some managers Awful contract, constant changing of hours every week and lack of structure in terms of hours which resulted in cutting of all sales associates hours without notice. Have lots of sales that we must remember Old and outdated ways of doing tasks Different rules for each person, no structure

Take into account how many tasks and timing the sales associates are given, some management members don't treat some of the staff with the respect that you should assume. An issue with taking accountability for mistakes and majority of the time this was then put upon the sales associates.

Great career progression and communication. Lots of chances to feedback to senior management. Great product and store environment with young colleagues

Long hours often at awkward times of the year when you want to see your family- for example Christmas. Little holiday.

Slow down expansion and consider developing stronger systems. Try to listen more to staff in regards to product development.

Only 4 hour contract but depends on management as to how many hours you get

HITT class and yoga once a week. New on site cafe.

Gender/Race bias; white men get on very well at Jack Wills. No room for promotion. Little to no communications from leadership team.
