Does Juniper Networks offer life insurance?

Pros

People are overwhelmingly positive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers (both external and internal) are satisfied. Benefits are excellent - 401k matching and fully vested, great insurance, no specific limit on vacation for exempt employees. Managers seem to care for employees as people and as talent--for inexperienced managers there is more structure than there used to be to help your employees develop and grow. Concerns I raise to my manager are addressed--not always as fast as I'd like, but definitely within a reasonable timeframe. People who were overwhelmingly negative or obstructive have either been coached (and truly improved) or have left. I have had the flexibility to deal with life's issues and occasionally do my job at odd times or take reasonable leave. When I'm able to do this I mostly don't worry that I'll be seen as less of a team player.

Cons

No place is perfect, but most issues I have seen have either been corrected or have been temporary. In finance, processes can seem cumbersome, but controls are there for a reason. There is a genuine commitment to meeting key requirements (e.g. information security) with as little disruption as possible, and process improvement suggestions are welcome and generally are followed up.
