Does K12 Techno Services have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

• Exposure to hectic workloads that encourage time management • Access to recruitment tools and live tracking methods • Self-learning opportunity to understand the recruitment process • Introduction to a Candidate Management System (CMS) • Opportunity to interact with other interns for mental support

• Management ability to coherently convey ideas is lacking • Lack of supplementary information to perform tasks (no JDs to source candidates, information that is or isn't to be disclosed to candidates, etc.) • Extended working hours • Lack of appropriate training and support • Recruitment strategy not disclosed • 6 day workweek • Frustration often released on interns during video team meetings • No introductions to team members including by manager • Unprofessional and unpleasant work environment • Low stipend • Faulty CMS

No Future No mission, just a service based company competing with big players without any mission in minds Can fire you easily without a notice Can revoke your offers without any notice or communication Zero Job Safety

Advice to Management

Build a team of leaders and hold on to them. Getting results and motivating your team takes time. Start taking ownership and use Covid as a platform for your online services. There are companies who started from ZERO and are more successful than K12 during the pandemic and you guys were busy laying off your employees and revoking offers stating Covid reasons.
