What is the salary like at K12 Techno Services?

Pros

1. You may get to work with people who really are hard working and you can learn a lot from them about team management and work management.

Cons

1. To Begin with you'll get hired by HR with all sorts of fake promises. They will only inform you about Orchids International School before hiring however they will keep shifting you to other different products during the Training session. 2.Later you'll be given a team of freshers who either don't have laptop or mobile phone or a proper internet connection which is the main requirement of a job. 3.To make these people work they will give you leads generated by Field Sales people which are completely useless. 4.Now they will ask the TL's to get the targets achieved through personal references which doesnt make sense at all. 5. Later the TL's will be held responsible for a non performing team given by the HR and Training Team. 6. Every employee who joins them is a slave for them and they have al the rights to hire and fire instantly. 7. It may happen that you are asked to come to work from office from more than 1000 kms away all of a sudden without any prior information only because you have agreed to relocate during the interviews. 8. They dont have any good CRM , Not investing on Marketing also No Monitoring tools however they needs 100% results as they are paying salary to their slaves.

Advice to Management

Dear Folks its time you all must take a small classroom session for Professional Ethics as you all lack the same.

Travelling, salary is not given on time, allowances are poor inspite of good performance

Does K12 Techno Services offer bonus pay?

Pros

Shift timing are flexible which is the only one thing is good.

Cons

1. Long working hours and late seating 2. No employee benefits, incetives, bonus, facilities 3. Treats like employees area slave 4. All the employees are waiting for annual increment but management is just thinking about their pockets only. 5. You can not have meeting for increment, you just have to accept the decision what they made. Luck by chance if you get increment then you have to wait for 3 months to get it. 6. School type work culture. 7. Company policy is very bad for employees 8. No job security at all, anytime they will ask you to leave the job to satisfy their ego 9. If you want a single pen, tissue paper, stationary or anything else, you just have to mail every time. 10. No growth or no development programs for the employee. 11. No appreciation, bonus, incentives for hard work. 12. Payment structure is very bad. You get your payment 15 days late. 13. They will not give you any chance to use all your leaves till year, and then your pending leaves gets waste but no worries they will call you on holidays to work again and again and they will provide you compoffs. 14. Youll get only tea and that is only half cup, if you want coffee you have to pay for it. Now you can imagine the thinking of the company. 15. If your head say 1+1 is 11, then you have to agree with that statement. If you going to correct them then the ego will come in picture and they will do anything to satisfy their ego. 16. So many people joining and leaving within a month because of this culture.

Advice to Management

1. Be flexible and repsect the employee 2. Make policies which are beneficial for employees 3. Focus on employees growth and development 4. Lots of unnecessary things are going on by the heads, open your eyes and correct their decisions.
