Does K12 Techno Services offer parental leave?

Pros

You get to learn things.

Cons

Calling you to work even on holidays is normal. There was a time when I could not take a single leave in almost a month. You do not get paid for these days, you can take these leaves in the future (within 3 months or they will expire, basically you worked for free)

Advice to Management

Focus on employees satisfaction, treat them nicely (not like slaves). Because these affects the productivity and quality of the work.

Would be great if all Saturdays would be an off,instead of 2.
