Does K12 Techno Services offer parental leave?

Pros

Really can't think of anything significant.

Cons

My experience here was bad. The work environment was hostile and not conducive for quality work. General management of teams was very haphazard and chaotic. There was no wriggle room, not even during my first week of work. Having got told off during my very brief stint here, I can safely conclude that there is no professionalism. And, work responsibilities pretty much included everything as they are not very clearly defined. HR policies are really bad too. I got the feeling that they don't trust their employees. When you're on probation, you get 3 measly days of leave. There wasn't any provision for COVID related emergencies either, at least not to my knowledge.
