Does K12 Techno Services offer massages?

Pros

There's NOTHING much to like about K12 Techno Services except a decent canteen, free tea-coffee stall and place to chill at the terrace at Yashwantpur, Bangalore office. Recently they started serving lunch at reasonable price. They also planned a Gym there but it was not operational until early March 2022.

Cons

No respect for employees nor for their opinions: People are treated just like numbers and not human beings. Either you will be fired without any notice and without any compensation OR you will get fade up of the unprofessional and highly toxic work environment therein and resign. However, if you resign they will ask you to serve the notice period. Working in Sales, marketing, branding, PR etc is not less than a Nightmare! Period. Favouritism, unusual expectations from subordinates, micromanaging, sheer work pressure, use of abusive language even with senior leaders is very normal in these departments. Firing people without being given proper reason / notice period / compensation is very common. FAVOURITISM: For example - A person with absolutely no knowledge & experience about the functions are appointed as Department Head. Some people are made to lead as many as 3 depts at a time ending up not able to do justice with any of them. Worst Work Life Balance: During my short stint there, I saw sales and marketing guys were expected to make 200 calls + 3 Home Demos everyday! It roughly equals to 16-18 hours of work. Not even call centre guys should have such inhuman goals, I think. Someone told me that in March 2022, a strange rule was introduced that stated - "you would not get the incentive even if you achieve your targets if the overall branch targets are not achieved". HR POLICY: Terms stated in the offer / appointment letter are not honoured. Sometimes, they ask you to TRUST the company inspite of giving things in black in white. Hire fast and Fire faster policy. It's NOT a company where you could work for a longer term. SALARY: They promise to pay variable salary but never pays it. Forget about the verbal promises they make, they do not even value what's written in the offer / appointment letter. NOTE: I have evidences to prove all the above points. However, you can talk to any insider or anyone among hundreds of employees who were fired instantly without any proper reason or compensation.

Advice to Management

Dear Top Management Members, There are several issues like: highest attrition rate, no long term vision, no sync among the key persons, unethical policies and illegitimate treatment to the employees and so on and so forth.. There's serious injustice happening with hundreds of employees and toxic environment is prevailing in some of the crucial departments. The organisation is rapidly losing credibility and trust among employees. Whatever growth you are witnessing is coming at a huge price in terms of losing employee loyalty and trust along with huge dent in the brand value. A person, no matter how much senior or important, can never be more important than the larger organisational interest. Understand that, hundreds of employees can not be wrong! You are already too late. So, it's better to act right before the situation worsens. Regards
