What are some insights into the strategy or vision at K12 Techno Services?

Pros

Cab reimbursement is given on time. Nothing else.

Cons

No Future No mission, just a service based company competing with big players without any mission in minds Can fire you easily without a notice Can revoke your offers without any notice or communication Zero Job Safety

Advice to Management

Build a team of leaders and hold on to them. Getting results and motivating your team takes time. Start taking ownership and use Covid as a platform for your online services. There are companies who started from ZERO and are more successful than K12 during the pandemic and you guys were busy laying off your employees and revoking offers stating Covid reasons.

How are senior leaders perceived at K12 Techno Services?

Pros

I don't know any such obvious pro

Cons

Horrible bosses who do not consider employees as living beings,being insulted in meetings is the norm, zero job security, numerous employees have been laid off in this crucial time with the consolation that they will be called back, horrible infrastructure, employees are constantly in fear, politics is the only way to survive here even if your work is average. All sorts of unethical practices are encouraged here.

Advice to Management

You are going to lose multiple employees and off course all that you supposedly stand for.
