Good enviroment Workload is less free food as well as cabs in night

Not getting paid on time we have to wait more than 2 months for getting paid sometime

I did manage 3 musical shows together. I always enjoyed working as an Event manager in the Kingdom of Dreams.

Cons

Last year because of covid we suffer a lot. The Kingdom of Dream shut down and we didn't get money. My colleagues lost their jobs.

Help your Employees in tuff times.

- Great Staff and colleagues - The only Broadway theater in India

- Lack of funding and support from the government

Work load is often less

Full Salary too is very often less.

Advice to Management

They need to work on few basic principles of managing hired staffs.
