How are promotions handled at Kings Dominion?
Pros
flexible hours (with proper notice) work isn't too difficult coworkers are generally good people to be around depending on your home location, it could either end up being fairly fun or dreadfully boring, but I can't recall any particularly bad experiences
Cons
supervisors are very hit or miss-- the bad ones will leave you with lasting resentment (though the good ones will stick with you) promotion is more tied to connections than performance-- being tight with your supervisor gives you better odds of being referred for promotion than doing the job well
