What is health insurance like at Klaus IT Solutions?

Pros

Nothing at all. Don't know why it's mandatory.

Cons

1. No proper training 2. No proper communication 3. No point of contact for salary related queries 4. No growth at all - as joined, left same post 3 yrs 5. Worst payroll-client scenario 6. Giving 2 stars because I personally like very few people here 7. No on time salary 8. Hactick multiple process to get salary 9. Unnecessary salary cut for health insurance whether you need or not - no reflection on payslip 10. Internal politics - if you are not a licker, can't survive

Does Klaus IT Solutions offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Client work is good No Pros other than that

Cons

Worst company to work with Manager's have no professional behavior and rude HR have the worst policies. They pay u less and charge 4 time what they pay u from client. No benefits...No hikes..Nothing

Does Klaus IT Solutions offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Nothing at all. not even a single point in proc except for the delay in salary ( they are paying that's all)

Cons

working at the client location- - there wont be any communication - no bonus - no salary hike in 2 years - no employee engagement activities - late salary processing - no proper administration - No poc at client location. - insurance amount deducted from your salary. - no proper response for any escalation ( no escalation matrix) - except for late salary except nothing of their existence.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Klaus IT Solutions?

Pros

Salary on time. Have good client. Had some supportive colleagues

Cons

Cons list is lengthy 1. Very less hike. We need to ask them and flatter them. 2. Zero benefits 3.No learning opportunities 4. Lot of politics 5. Work more very less pay and no encouragement. Horrible work culture 6. More stress 7.Management is not good
