Does Kloud9 have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

1. You get to work on some of the latest technologies. 2. Free food (pre-covid) 3. Nice location (pre-covid) 4. Not-so technical leaders, so you can easily fool them with less work. 5. You can learn office politics in the right way. 6. Good office boy (pre-covid). He listens to employee feedback better than leadership. 7. Good compensation.

Cons

1. Management/Leadership teams have a traditional IT mindset & process 2. CTO doesnt know how to manage modern application projects. 3. Not open to engineer feedback. 4. If you are someone looking for job security, this is not the place. 5. Horrible work culture due to demanding project timelines. 6. Less learning in terms on tech and more in terms of politics. 7. Even though you get to work on the latest technologies, you have to put in the work to learn it in a short time. You won't get mentorship or training even if you need to get onboard in a short time. 7. No work-life balance as you get Juggled between non-technical managers & leaders. 8. If you work for more than three months, you will lose your self-confidence because of how you get treated. The good compensation comes with this trade-off And the list goes on.

Advice to Management

should consider feedback from engineers.

You won't get mentorship or training even if you need to get onboard in a short time.

How is management perceived at Kloud9?

Pros

Kloud9 has a good management and good and having a good work life balance wirh supporting staff, good hike, flexible work hours, good and free food avilabilty.

Cons

Littlework preesure, its depend on the project and they are hiring for C2H for some project,No long term projects and no long term client
