What are co-workers like at Kloud9?

Pros

Got to learn about latest technologies and work with a great team having good spirit Tried to manage the employees by giving Oppertunity to switch the projects during pandemic , but many of them were not willing to learn new technologies and they have to move out of the company , so company tried to keep the employees at the critical times as well to its best Heading towards the ML and AI is giving lot of exposure and the company bears the cost of certificates Very good Oppertunity for tech savvy and people have enough patience

Cons

Company didn’t manage to get many clients during last year and lost clients during pandemic , which made lot of uncertainty for the employees even though the company managed to get new clients within minimum time

Advice to Management

Social media like this pages has to be take serious as many potential candidates get confused by seeing the post here and refuse to join , so need to take it very serious for the growth of company

Got to learn about latest technologies and work with a great team having good spirit

What are other benefits and incentives like at Kloud9?

Pros

1. You get to work on some of the latest technologies. 2. Free food (pre-covid) 3. Nice location (pre-covid) 4. Not-so technical leaders, so you can easily fool them with less work. 5. You can learn office politics in the right way. 6. Good office boy (pre-covid). He listens to employee feedback better than leadership. 7. Good compensation.

Cons

1. Management/Leadership teams have a traditional IT mindset & process 2. CTO doesnt know how to manage modern application projects. 3. Not open to engineer feedback. 4. If you are someone looking for job security, this is not the place. 5. Horrible work culture due to demanding project timelines. 6. Less learning in terms on tech and more in terms of politics. 7. Even though you get to work on the latest technologies, you have to put in the work to learn it in a short time. You won't get mentorship or training even if you need to get onboard in a short time. 7. No work-life balance as you get Juggled between non-technical managers & leaders. 8. If you work for more than three months, you will lose your self-confidence because of how you get treated. The good compensation comes with this trade-off And the list goes on.

What is a typical working day like at Kloud9?

Pros

1. Salary- Above the market standard 2. Top 1 retailer product based client 3. Apple MacPro everyone 4. Very good healthy work culture 5. Ample of opportunity for freshers, leaders and management too 6. Hard work gets recognises very soon 7. Very healthy, supportive HR and admin team 8. Extra allowance for shift workers and weekend support. 9. Free lunch at office for all workers 10. Medical claims policies are high.

Cons

Hectic work sometimes, we should know how to balance personal and professional ethics more as we get more work load sometimes based on high requirements.

Advice to Management

Should come up with more projects, so that bench resources strength can be utilise more efficient.
