Even though you get to work on the latest technologies, you have to put in the work to learn it in a short time. You won't get mentorship or training even if you need to get onboard in a short time. 7. No work-life balance as you get Juggled between non-technical managers & leaders. 8. If you work for more than three months, you will lose your self-confidence because of how you get treated. The good compensation comes with this trade-off And the list goes on.
