What are pay raises like at KloudOne?
Pros
Great Co-founders and good to learn many things.
Cons
1. Without intimation,they will fire u without any reason. 2. Mon-Sat working hours. 3. HR Department won't respond ur calls and mails. 4. No Appraisal and no bonus. 5. Trainee co-ordinator also waste. 6. Uneducated HRs. 7. They don't have proper budget and proper planning. 8. No benefits 9. Worst experience especially for freshers. 10. They will hire many number of freshers,but they don't have projects.So,they will train u for 6 months and use u for couple of months and remove u without intimation. 11. Treat u as slaves.

Good communication with my contact, got a nice bonus around Christmas.

No nightshift differential available for employees.

What are other benefits and incentives like at KloudOne?
Pros
Had very good time during my tenure at Kloudone. Got great exposure to emerging technologies and great mentors to guide as well. Got my hands dirty into various projects and working in various domains.
Cons
Compensation is a bit low compared to market trends. Cannot expect proper and formal communications from HR services.
Advice to Management
Should be more formal and engaging the employees.
