* No Job Security * They layoff people whenever they want * There are 2 Co-founders and both vision and mission contradict. * They don't have proper vision. * When the company is facing any issues - HR is hyperactive, but an issue comes to an employee - HR won't respond to single email or call properly.

Advice to Management

Be clear with your vision. Full-time Employees are not toys that you hire whenever you need and after the work is done you layoff.
