Does Knoebels Amusement Resort offer massages?
Pros
While working in food service at the park I was able to move around to different stands within my department so I learned different things. We also were allowed certain foods for free on our 30 minute lunch break. We were given special employee tickets for food and for rides when visiting the park on our off time. The park also held special events for the employees after hours which were always lots of fun.
Cons
The hours can be long and working in food service some buildings are partially outdoors so it can get hot.

How are the career development opportunities at Knoebels Amusement Resort?
Pros
-Around a summetime/nature atmosphere -Friendly co-workers for the most part -Flexible scheduling and hours
Cons
The amount of work/tasks that is asked of you for such little pay. Part of that is having to deal with such rude and ignorant customers on a daily basis and at such a high volume. You would think a family amusement park would have people on their best behavior but not so much. Used to give reward "dollars" to employees in August that could be used at park but stopped doing that too. Management and supervisors tell you thank you and that they appreciate you BUT actions dont show it (pay, rewards, recognition). ACTIONS speak louder than words. Days also get super repetitive.
