What kind of career opportunities exist at Knoldus Software?

Pros

1. You get opportunity to learn and grow as they have the tradition of writing blogs, giving webinars, knowledge sessions. 2. Everyone is friendly (at my time), you can reach out to your lead and manager at any time. 3. They do hear to your queries and concerns. 4. You get to work on cutting edge technologies. 5. You can gain a reputation across industry due to webinar and blogs.

Cons

MANAGEMENT and their POLICIES 1. They might ask you to resign within 2 days or else they will terminate you, if you are not performing good. 2. They don't even give farewell to employees leaving them and just deactivates your account in your last day (I am one of them) 3. Not much senior folks are there, prefers 3 interns over one senior developer. 4. You can't be much guided by seniors as there are very less senior folks, all you have to do is self learn and grow. 5. They pay pretty low. 6. Depending upon project load and extra work like blogs, webinars you might end up spending around 11-12 hours per day during WFH.

Advice to Management

Ahhh, you already know what's need to be done and what not. Management = single point of control. Only one person sets the rule here.
