Pros
You learn a lot. It's fast paced and it's never boring. Fellow employees are great people. New building is really nice & the company name looks great on your resume.
Cons
It can be an exhausting and tiring schedule; if you've worked in architecture - you already know this. Hours are long, as expected in this field as well. No remote work and not much flexibility on the schedule; lunch hours are set. Working here is not for the faint of heart or fragile ego; you will be pushed (not physically of course) and a lot will be expected of you. You will be micro-managed.
Advice to Management
Screaming or raising your voice is not communication; its noise. There is no "company culture" because the time has not been taken to create one; it would help with retention if this were done. Outsource HR.

Pros
Always given meaningful projects with rewards on completion Inclusive environment …..ability to work in multi departments with various senior staff who are all great to work with.
Cons
Sometimes so busy you forget to eat lunch! Keeping the office schedule is difficult with so many meetings and people coming in. Everyone wants a tour of the new offices because they are amazing but work still needs to get done.
Advice to Management
You are doing a great job bringing the community together at the Wynwood studio. My favorite part about the office is hoe you encourage diversity and mentor people. Need an on site lunch plan
