Pros

You are exposed to amazing quality designs of both residential and commercial high end construction. If you’re looking to design, be creative and think outside the box when it comes to designing principles, this is the place. On your first month you will learn more than you will ever learn in school and that’s a fact. The experience you gain from working here is outmatched. Other companies bring in breakfast most of the time to show their products. We have Berry’s Boot Camp once a week, gives you room to connect with the administration side since they’re always busy on their side of the building.

Cons

Cons are easy. Follow the rules and you will pass with flying colors. You will have to put in the time when deadlines come (happens at any other company). You won’t see administration employees since they’re on their own side of the building. You won’t work with Kobi directly unless you work yourself to that position. If you have no leadership skills, you will not succeed. You must know how to manage your own projects and be on top of your work. There is no working from home.

Advice to Management

Do not micromanage workers that are uninterested in managing their own time and work correctly. Invest time in hiring people who are experienced and do not require much training. Bring back food deliveries.

If you have no leadership skills, you will not succeed.
