-Senior management is very demanding while at the same time gives incoherent and inconsistent direction -Factory-like work environment. Zero tolerance for downtime or socializing with co-workers during office hours -Senior management doesn’t trust the staff and will track how many times you get up from your desk to get water or candy -Administration is very unprofessional

Pros

Always given meaningful projects with rewards on completion Inclusive environment …..ability to work in multi departments with various senior staff who are all great to work with.

Cons

Sometimes so busy you forget to eat lunch! Keeping the office schedule is difficult with so many meetings and people coming in. Everyone wants a tour of the new offices because they are amazing but work still needs to get done.

Advice to Management

You are doing a great job bringing the community together at the Wynwood studio. My favorite part about the office is hoe you encourage diversity and mentor people. Need an on site lunch plan

On my journey, I’ve met and worked with some of the most talented, brilliant and thoughtful people one can hope to meet.

Cons

There are honestly no complaints here. You go to work TO WORK, learn and better yourself. Your work being critiqued encourages growth. Criticism is especially beneficial at work because it shows that your managers and peers care about you and want to see you succeed. I’ve learned so much working here and am excited for my future entrepreneurial endeavors
