- Good for gaining experience for freshers - Good salary packages for developers - exposure of startup culture - team outings - work from home

Cons

- no proper HR policies - if u face an issue then no proper resolution will be provided by the HR - No gifts during Diwali, New year, Christmas etc - poor appraisal - rampant office politics - no awards and recognition

Should improve on Organization management and hiring professional HRs Give proper appraisals

Senior develops are very helpful and friendly environment. Working on niche technologies can learn a lot. CEO has a great knowledge and great approachable

Too mush socialisms. Most of time, meeting goes over the scheduled time. Growth is good but not as expected Need to increase the management team.
