Does LTI offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Coworkers are helpful and willing to teach to help you grow. Very competitive benefit package.

Cons

HR and Management are trans-phobic and disregard the gender identity of anyone who is transgender, and will ignore preferred names no matter how many times you correct them. Big company and cares way more about its clients rather than its employees to the point of excusing gender discrimination from client; which violates its own code of conduct. Below market rate pay.

Advice to Management

Reevaluate your company values as you brag about being employee first but do nothing to actually show for it.

Very competitive benefit package.

You get salary on time

>No hike even after completion of n number of years >If you ask for hike, management behaves as if they are doing huge favor on you while they are making money solely based on the work done by you at the client side >System does not allow employees to take even 1 day of sick leave without attaching doctor's prescription >They do not provide any benefits which employees of other indian IT compaines like infosys,TCS etc get in australia such as paid maternity and paternity leave >Lower salary packages as compared to other companies

Does LTI offer life insurance?

Pros

Salary is good Term life insurance is good Life insurance

Cons

Time tracking Management is the worst they seems to be from parent company, people call them SIR. They don't care about your work life balance,Same worst HR,No sick leaves,not great policies, No proper hierarchy for anything, no appreciation

Advice to Management

Raise your management and HR standard, policies and stop tracking time, work on work life balance, Think about mental health of employee

Term life insurance is good
