Pros

Good for laterals. (Good benefits & package) Not as such pros for freshers.

Does LTI offer dental insurance?

Pros

- Good Insurance policy with coverage for parents with additional pay - Fair amount of leaves

Cons

- Zero employee value - Spineless Higher management, they forced few people to transfer(specially bachelors) to other locations and come to office during pandemic (special operations) instead of standing up to Client for their resources - Pathetic HR - Lots and lots of internal tool for Project managers and still lot of manual work - Do NOT get release from project for IJP, whereas on paper it is allowed after 18 months - Totally partial management when it comes to annual appraisal and rating is not at all based on performance or client feedback - Lot of dirty politicis

Advice to Management

Try to recognise good hard working people, else you will loose all good quality resources.

Does LTI offer parental leave?

Pros

Good for retiring, some managers stay here for lifetime

Cons

need better leaders, very late in terms of applying new benefits, like maternity leave, it took 5-8 months for the HR to imply them in company

Does LTI offer life insurance?

Pros

Salary is good Term life insurance is good Life insurance

Cons

Time tracking Management is the worst they seems to be from parent company, people call them SIR. They don't care about your work life balance,Same worst HR,No sick leaves,not great policies, No proper hierarchy for anything, no appreciation

Advice to Management

Raise your management and HR standard, policies and stop tracking time, work on work life balance, Think about mental health of employee

Term life insurance is good
