Does Las Vegas Sands offer dental insurance?

Pros

Excellent work environment that has structure that surpasses the standards in the casino industry. Excellent health, dental and vision coverage at zero employee contribution. They have in-house catering for their employees that supply 2 meals a day to the staff! The food is not bad at all. Very active in the community with a lot of volunteering and donations. Nice atmosphere where everyone loves their job and is happy to be at work.

Cons

Still battling to get out of the old school mentality of infrastructure IT. "But they have some good management that is trying hard to change that. They do treat IT as a necessary cost factor instead of investing into IT with an innovation approach .

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Overall, your company is one of the best I ever worked for. Invest into your IT Support teams and allow them to elevate to the next level!

Does Las Vegas Sands offer parental leave?

Pros

Great pay and great benefits

Cons

They will try to squeeze every hour out of you without paying overtime. Prepare to work 10 days straight with 2 days off. They schedule by week but don’t care about when you had your days off. They also are strict about taking time off so you can’t really schedule anything long term. Your schedule could also change on a days notice and they retaliate if you had to take time off for medical leave.

Advice to Management

Employees are people too, please treat them as such. They have lives of their own.

Does Las Vegas Sands assist with or provide childcare?

departments are a bit segmented making hard to get things done, lots of red tape
